Colette understands that relationships, families and futures deserve careful planning and expert guidance. Equally, thoughtful estate planning can lay the foundation for a family’s peace and prosperity in the future.
Throughout her career, Colette has advised individuals and families on a broad range of matters, including Wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, divorce, children matters and family disputes. She is a solicitor, an experienced mediator and an Affiliate Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Originally qualified as an attorney in South Africa, Colette has significant experience in international asset disputes.
