Fiona Wheeler
Fiona is a senior employment solicitor specialising in all areas of employment law, working with both employers and employees. Her approach is friendly and client-focused, providing practical solutions and commercially focused advice. Fiona’s first objective in all disputes is to resolve matters without the need for litigation. Her proactive mindset means she works closely with businesses to prevent issues before they arise, advising on contracts, workplace policies, and internal disputes early on to reduce legal risk.
Fiona works with all sizes of businesses and has expertise and knowledge of a variety of sector industries enabling her to provide relevant advice and guidance. Her background in publishing, legal information management, and recruitment gives her valuable insight into the challenges different sectors face.
Fiona’s initial degree was in History with Greek and Roman Culture and she completed the law conversion course in 2015. Fiona qualified in 2018 following her professional studies at the College of Law in Guildford.
