As an experienced property solicitor, Harry specialises in residential conveyancing, bridging loans, mortgages, development finance, auction sales and Equity Release (Lifetime Mortgages). Ever since qualifying in 2009, Harry has continued to work in and around Brighton and Sussex as a conveyancer and is proud of his local connections. Launching both bridging loan and Equity Release departments at previous firms Harry also has a wealth of experience in secured finance.

Taking a proactive approach to his instructions, he works with clients, estate agents, brokers, and lenders to achieve a smooth and rapid completion. Having worked on a range of projects with budgets from £25k bridging loans to multi-million-pound development loans, he particularly enjoys working towards contractual deadlines, at all times protecting his clients’ best interests.
