Lily is a commercially-minded solicitor who works closely with business clients across a range of sectors. Whether it’s drafting tailored contracts, reviewing legal documents to protect her clients’ interests, or supporting the sale and purchase of businesses, she brings a practical and clear approach to every matter. She also advises on intellectual property, including trademark registrations and licensing agreements, helping clients safeguard and commercialise their creative assets. More recently, Lily has developed a strong interest in employment law, where she enjoys working with both employers and employees to navigate workplace issues with empathy and clarity.
Lily began her legal career at Acumen Law in 2019 as a legal administrative assistant. Her progression to solicitor has given her a well-rounded understanding of the commercial landscape, and a grounded, accessible style that clients value.
