Acumen Team Trip Away

The entire Acumen team spent a long weekend together in the remote and beautiful area of Castril, Spain in a boutique hotel at the top of the mountains.  Over the 3 days and four nights we shared the most amazing experiences.

From the walk down from the town to the village’s suspended walkway (the Pasarela), stargazing with giant telescopes and two hour hike through lovely countryside in the mountains arriving at a tiny bar in a nearby village where they serve the local speciality Cordereo Segureno (mountain reared lamb), to Kayaking on a local mountain lake. The whole time the camaraderie was fantastic. Eight brave souls even took the last minute decision to go Canyoning (look it up, it’s extreme!).

Over the course of one fantastic weekend the whole team have learned, discovered and shared so many new things but reaffirmed one thing we knew already – Team Acumen is like a family.
